Clay Creations is perfect for the child who likes to use their hands to create works of art! Students will enjoy forming clay into various objects and creatures. Children will learn clay building techniques used to create pinch pots, jewelry, mobiles, animals, & more. Children who enjoy this camp will also enjoy the Sculpture camp.

Children attending this camp will create masterpiece’s based on the works of famous artists. We will be using may materials and styles of creating art including water color, collage, painting, & more!

Ages 5-10
2:30-5:30 “Young Picasso”
This camp introduces students to some of the greatest artists this world has known. Students will learn interesting facts and stories, presented at a child-friendly level, about artists such as Van Gogh, Warhol, Polluck, and Calder. Children will complete projects that represent the styles and techniques of the artists. Young Picasso is a camp based on gaining new outlooks and experiences, and focuses on exposing its students to new concepts and ideas about art. Young Picasso has been one of the favorite classes in our school-aged program.

Ages: K-4th graders; Only 12 spots available per day!

Students will complete a drawing warm-up, 2 drawings, and get to add color to at least one of their drawings, using paint, watercolor, pastels, colored pencils, etc…
